Away Ticket Scheme guidelines. Hail Hail and We Look forward to another brilliant year full of Laughs. Its Great being a tim and even better being a Cybertim.
CSC
Cost for this will be £10
All the usual benefits, including the opportunity to get tickets for away games should members of the ATS NOT take up the full allocation. should they get a ticket for an away game then they have to pay the cost of the ticket via paypal or equivalent asap
CSC and ATS
Cost for this will be £20 plus a £15 deposit on away tickets is required
£10 for the CSC £25 for the ATS
1. For the £25, an ATS member will have the right to nominate themselves for away tickets. Should an individual request a ticket and NOT take up the allocation, then they will have to cover the cost of that ticket should the ticket NOT be sold on before the match. The £15 deposit will be used by The ATS organisers to help cover the cost of any requested tickets that remain unpaid
2. £10 is the basic cost to join the ATS with the other £15 deposit being held in the CSC’s ATS ticket fund to cover any losses on away tickets over the season.
3. Should all the away tickets get sold over the season then that £15 will be refunded to every ATS member, or they can have the option of carrying it over onto the following season.
4. Should the CSC incur any losses on away tickets over the season then this will be refunded to the CSC from the ATS deposit fund (the £15)
5. If any money is removed from the ATS deposit fund to cover the cost of losses on tickets then the £15 refund will be reduced, these costs will be split evenly among ATS members regardless of games attended. (by being in the ATS that determines the ticket allocation for the CSC, so we ALL share the costs )
6. If an individual is in any doubt that they might not be able to make the allocated time to pick up their ticket on match day then they should inform Claire/Skye ASAP and postage can be arranged at 50p per ticket. No-one will miss the start of a match due to individuals lack of punctuality. Again that individual will have to cover the cost of the ticket.
7. In the first quarter of the season should there be more members than the allocated number of tickets apply for a ticket a ballot will be drawn, after the first quarter of the season tickets will be prioritised on an AWAY GAMES ATTENDED basis. (that should take care of ipox issues, hopefully)
